Concessions Crew- (Part-time)

General Summary:  Responsible for preparing and selling product in assigned concession stand area.  Greets customers, and processes sales and money transactions.

Hours of employment may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and summer season. Knowledge of sales at a level normally acquired through completion of a high school education.  Prefer three to six months previous food and beverage experience in order to gain an understanding of food preparation, sales, and customer service. Analytical and basic computer skills needed in order to process sales transactions. Interpersonal skills required in order to maintain positive customer relations with clients when gathering and exchanging information. Requires standing for extensive periods of time.

Lambeau Field Parking Coordinator

General Summary:  Responsible for supervising all parking operations at Lambeau Field during home football games.  Supervises part-time staff.  Communicates all event information related to parking lots for homes games to staff.  Serves as lead customer service representative for all parking lot issues for home football games.

Interpersonal skills needed to promptly answer and resolve questions in a professional manner with patrons and staff.  Must be able to deal with situations in a tactual and discretionary manner.  A minimum of one year experience with leading and directing staff is required.

Set-Up Crewperson – (Part time)

General Summary:  Under the direction of the Set-Up Operations Supervisor, performs set-up and tear down duties before and after events in the Brown County Veteran’s Memorial Complex/Resch Center.  Hours include days, evenings, nights & weekends.

Typical Physical Demands: Requires full range of body motion, manual and finger dexterity to operate hand tools, and eye hand coordination to operate machinery.  Requires standing, climbing, bending, and walking for extensive periods of time.  Frequently handles and lifts, carries or pulls items weighing up to 100 pounds.  Must be able to operate simple to complex and heavy-duty machinery.  Must have a valid driver’s license.

Human Resources Recruiter


Responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the Company. In doing so, develops recruiting plans for hourly and salaried positions, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. Orientates new employees and processes all related new hire documents. Oversees the day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs and employee relations. Maintains a working relationship and communication with all employees by maintaining visibility and a high profile of accessibility.


1. Knowledge of Human Resources at a level normally acquired through completion of a bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field. Must have a minimum of two years of social media experience for recruiting purposes to identify and source candidates. Previous experience with recruitment utilizing Facebook and Linkedin required.

2. A minimum of two to three years previous related work experience in high volume employee recruitment/staffing, and benefits administration is required in order to gain a full understanding of benefit practices and employment.

Ticket Seller – (Part Time)

GENERAL SUMMARY:  The primary responsibility of this position is to provide guests with a positive initial experience when purchasing tickets.  This experience is created by assisting guests with accurate event information and the purchase of tickets providing customer service with a smile and can do attitude.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Requires a level of general education normally acquired in high school in order to interact in a professional manner with patrons and employees. Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate positively with guests to establish their needs efficiently and courteously. Previous experience with computer systems and/or retail experience preferred.  Analytical ability necessary to determine the appropriate course of action when resolving customer concerns, pressures, and negative situations. Previous experience in cash handling and financial transactions preferred.

Ability to work with a flexible schedule which will include days, evenings and weekends.  Must be able to work a minimum of 3 to 4 times per month during peak event season.

Ice Technician/Zamboni Driver

GENERAL SUMMARY:   Perform and assist in maintenance and upkeep of the ice arena, refrigeration system and related auxillary equipment and controls in the Resch Center and Brown County Veteran’s Memorial Building.  Operates Zamboni and required equipment related to these operations.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Must have knowledge of refrigeration  units, cycles, and repair in an ice arean.  Also, knowledge of heating, ventilation and air conditioning controls, equipment and instrumentation at a level normally aquired through an Associate’s Degree.  Approximately four years of experience in the mainteance, operation and upkeep of an ice arena.  Must have computer experience.  Must possess or have the ability to obtain a valid Wisconsin Driver’s License.

Food and Beverage Stocker – (Part-time)

GENERAL SUMMARY:  Reports to the Director of Food and Beverage and is responsible for the set up and clean up, moving and re-arranging of stands and equipment, maintaining the cleanliness of assigned areas and ensuring compliance with established food handling sanitation practices.

KNOWLEGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:  High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.  Analytical skills necssary to order to subtract and add product received/stocked.  Interpersonl skills required in order to maintain positive customer relations with clients, and a variety of company personnel when selling food and beverage items.  Must be able to be outgoing and enthusiastic in order to interact with patrons and other employees becoming part of the entertainment atmosphere.

Marketing Consumer Relations Analyst

GENERAL SUMMARY:  Responsible for developing and executing PMI’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiative by analyzing current data, recommending software to provide additional data, and creating CRM opportunities that will capitalize on customer relations and increase ticket sales.  This position will strategize, conceptualize, execute and follow up on customer retention campaigns through a variety of media including but not limited to SMS, direct mail, email and social marketing

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:   Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field, experience in customer acquisition and retention in the ticketing industry.  Minimum three years related experience in data analysis and working knowledge of BIG data.  Accuracy, precision and skill in analyzing and interpreting the ticketing sales data.  Exceptional organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize projects and meet deadlines.  Ability to formulate new consumer marketing policies, procedures and functions that are proactive with the company growth.  Ability to effectively multi-task, works within strict time constraints, and handle last minute changes calmly.  Ability to work independently with little supervision.  Strong interpersonal skills needed in order to communicate effectively with various customers as well as company personnel.  Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills in order to give presentations to clients while possessing the ability to use diplomacy, tact, and discretion at all times.  At times, position may require working nights, weekends, or holidays as event schedule dictates.

Cleaning Crewperson – (Part-time)

General Summary:   Responsible for performing general clean-up duties throughout the Resch Center/Brown County Veteran’s Memorial Complex.

Lambeau Field Operations – (Part-time)

Lambeau Field Parking Attendant: 

GENERAL SUMMARY:  Responsibilities include, customer service, directing traffic, handling cash, implementing and following safety guidelines for patrons and employees.

Working conditions:  Frequent exposure to large crowds.  Works outside in the stadium/area-parking environment and is continually exposed to weather conditions and temperature extremes.

Lambeau Field Usher:

GENERAL SUMMARY:  Responsibilities include, serving as a resource to guests regarding the facility & events, checking tickets, ticket-taking, crowd control, and implementing and following facility emergency procedures, safety guidelines and company policies for patrons and employees.
