Human Resources Recruiter

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the Company. In doing so, develops recruiting plans for hourly and salaried positions, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. Orientates new employees and processes all related new hire documents. Oversees the day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs and employee relations. Maintains a working relationship and communication with all employees by maintaining visibility and a high profile of accessibility.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

1. Knowledge of Human Resources at a level normally acquired through completion of a bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field. Must have a minimum of two years of social media experience for recruiting purposes to identify and source candidates. Previous experience with recruitment utilizing Facebook and Linkedin required.

2. A minimum of two to three years previous related work experience in high volume employee recruitment/staffing, and benefits administration is required in order to gain a full understanding of benefit practices and employment.

3. Analytical skills necessary to maintain benefit programs, screen applicants and complete projects according to established timelines. Must be detail oriented to ensure proper procedures/documents are completed timely and correctly when faced with changing priorities.

4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and outside recruitment sources. The ability to effectively present information and programs to individuals and groups is required. Must be able to communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport and source new candidate leads. Must be assertive to recruit candidates and sell the Company to potential applicants. Must be engaged with Company activities and programming.

5. Excellent organizational skills, the ability to set priorities, and the ability to effectively schedule time and meet deadlines are required. An understanding of the HIPPA regulations and the ability to properly handle confidential information is required. Demonstrated creativity, self-motivation, and leadership abilities are required.

6. Previous experience utilizing Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Must pay close attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing numerous Human Resource reports, and preparing written communication materials.

7. Must be available to work nights and weekends as needed to orientate to Company operations or schedule interviews.

Ticket Seller – (Part Time)

GENERAL SUMMARY:  The primary responsibility of this position is to provide guests with a positive initial experience when purchasing tickets.  This experience is created by assisting guests with accurate event information and the purchase of tickets providing customer service with a smile and can do attitude. 

RESPONSIBILITIES SUMMARY: Provides all guests a positive first impression by offering superior, individualized guest service.  Answers questions concerning admission fees, fares, schedules, reservations, coming attractions and ticket policies.  Responsible for staying current on Company multi-event schedules.  Serves as a resource to patrons regarding the facility & events, greets guests and answers their questions by providing information about events including maps of the complex, prices of tickets, ticket policies and special performance information.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Requires a level of general education normally acquired in high school in order to interact in a professional manner with patrons and employees. Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate positively with guests to establish their needs efficiently and courteously. Previous experience with computer systems and/or retail experience preferred.  Analytical ability necessary to determine the appropriate course of action when resolving customer concerns, pressures, and negative situations. Previous experience in cash handling and financial transactions preferred.

Ability to work with a flexible schedule which will include days, evenings and weekends.  Must be able to work a minimum of 3 to 4 times per month during peak event season.

Accounting Assistant (Part-time)

GENERAL SUMMARY: Provides clerical assistance to the Accountant in the areas of accounts payable, accounts receivable, deposits, reconciliation and general ledger maintenance.

RESPONSIBILITIES SUMMARY: Verifies and processes vendor invoices which conform to purchase orders and which are substantiated by receiving records. Issues checks on a timely basis to take full advantage of discount rates. Corresponds with vendors in connection with their accounts.  Maintains vendor invoice and voucher records and other data as required to support and verify payments.  Inputs standard journal entries and accruals to general ledger.  Prepares bi-weekly payrolls; arranges for cash and check disbursements as required; verifies payment with departmental time sheets and reconciles accounts to insure correct payroll distribution; controls payroll deductions.  Records and codes the receipt and disbursement of all cash transactions; processes bank deposits and maintains petty cash.  Maintains accounts receivable ledgers and collections of outstanding accounts on a current basis; monitors receipts, forwarding statements or notices to delinquent accounts.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIREDKnowledge of accounting principals and payroll administration at level normally  acquired through completion of an Associate’s Degree in Accounting.  Approximately one to two years previous work experience in order to gain a full understanding of payroll processing.  Analytical skills necessary in order to prepare government forms and accrual  reports.  Interpersonal skills necessary in order to communicate effectively with all levels of Company personnel when discussing payroll and accounting processes. Previous experience utilizing personal computers is required.  Must be able to create spreadsheets and work in word processing environments. Microsoft Word and Excel is required.  Microsoft Dynamics GP is highly desired. 

This position will average 20 to 25 hours per week.

Ice Technician/Zamboni Driver

GENERAL SUMMARY:   Perform and assist in maintenance and upkeep of the ice arena, refrigeration system and related auxillary equipment and controls in the Resch Center and Brown County Veteran’s Memorial Building.  Operates Zamboni and required equipment related to these operations. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:  ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:  Performs general maintenance and upkeep on facilities, including continuous inspection of machinery, equipment and physical structure. Zamboni and repair experience are required. Requires flexibility in starting and stopping times for work hours and work days as scheduling dependent on timing of event.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Must have knowledge of refrigeration  units, cycles, and repair in an ice arean.  Also, knowledge of heating, ventilation and air conditioning controls, equipment and instrumentation at a level normally aquired through an Associate’s Degree.  Approximately four years of experience in the mainteance, operation and upkeep of an ice arena.  Must have computer experience.  Must possess or have the ability to obtain a valid Wisconsin Driver’s License.

Lead Control Room Coordinator (Part time)

GENERAL SUMMARY: Under direction of the Manager of Technology Services and is responsible for the direction and operation of equipment used for all events in which the video portion of the Mega Vision is used.  This includes, but is not limited to Play/Venus Systems, Video Router and Software, DSTI, Production Cameras (2), Scoring Systems, DVR, DVD Recorders, Webcasting Equipment, Music PC, and Sound System.

RESPONSIBILITIES SUMMARY:  Ensure he/she is punctual to the event and reports to the Control Room before the event starts or as directed by the Manager of Technology Service or the Audio/Video Technical Coordinator. Responsible for the care of all equipment within the Control Room. Directs events as needed to make sure all aspects of the production are carried out in accordance to the script/traffic log. Responsible for starting up and shutting down these systems before and after events. Ensures that all equipment is in operating order by making appropriate adjustments or by reporting needed repairs.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIRED:  Knowledge of applicable audio/visual equipment at a level normally acquired through completion of high school and 2 year’s experience in live broadcasting is preferred.  Analytical skills necessary to perform troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose equipment problems.  Must also be able to resolve such problems in a timely fashion.  Proven interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with fellow employee and patrons.

Food and Beverage Stocker (Part-time)

GENERAL SUMMARY:  Reports to the Director of Food and Beverage and is responsible for the set up and clean up, moving and re-arranging of stands and equipment, maintaining the cleanliness of assigned areas and ensuring compliance with established food handling sanitation practices.

KNOWLEGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:  High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.  Analytical skills necssary to order to subtract and add product received/stocked.  Interpersonl skills required in order to maintain positive customer relations with clients, and a variety of company personnel when selling food and beverage items.  Must be able to be outgoing and enthusiastic in order to interact with patrons and other employees becoming part of the entertainment atmosphere.

Marketing Consumer Relations Analyst

GENERAL SUMMARY:  Responsible for developing and executing PMI’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiative by analyzing current data, recommending software to provide additional data, and creating CRM opportunities that will capitalize on customer relations and increase ticket sales.  This position will strategize, conceptualize, execute and follow up on customer retention campaigns through a variety of media including but not limited to SMS, direct mail, email and social marketing

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:   Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field, experience in customer acquisition and retention in the ticketing industry.  Minimum three years related experience in data analysis and working knowledge of BIG data.  Accuracy, precision and skill in analyzing and interpreting the ticketing sales data.  Exceptional organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize projects and meet deadlines.  Ability to formulate new consumer marketing policies, procedures and functions that are proactive with the company growth.  Ability to effectively multi-task, works within strict time constraints, and handle last minute changes calmly.  Ability to work independently with little supervision.  Strong interpersonal skills needed in order to communicate effectively with various customers as well as company personnel.  Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills in order to give presentations to clients while possessing the ability to use diplomacy, tact, and discretion at all times.  At times, position may require working nights, weekends, or holidays as event schedule dictates.

Lambeau Field Operations (Part-time)

 

Lambeau Field Parking Attendant:

 GENERAL SUMMARY:  Responsibilities include, customer service, directing traffic, handling cash, implementing and following safety guidelines for patrons and employees.

 KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:  Ability to accurately calculate parking fee and return correct change amount.  Interpersonal skills necessary to promptly answer and resolve questions in a professional manner with patrons as well as maintain open channels of communication with all department and supervisory personnel when providing information.  Must be able to deal with patrons in a tactful and discretionary manner.Analytical ability necessary to determine the appropriate parking location and resolve traffic control issues.  Ability to be responsive to customer needs at all times and to portray a positive image of the Company.

Working conditions:  Frequent exposure to large crowds.  Works outside in the stadium/area-parking environment and is continually exposed to weather conditions and temperature extremes.

Lambeau Field Usher:

GENERAL SUMMARY:  Responsibilities include, serving as a resource to guests regarding the facility & events, checking tickets, ticket-taking, crowd control, and implementing and following facility emergency procedures, safety guidelines and company policies for patrons and employees.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Requires a level of general education normally acquired in high school in order to interact in a professional manner with patrons and employees.  Approximately one to two years related experience in a fast paced customer service position is required. Proven Interpersonal and customer service skills necessary to promptly answer and resolve questions in a professional manner with patrons as well as maintain open channels of communication with all department and supervisory personnel when providing information.  Must be able to deal with patrons in a tactful and discretionary manner.  Must be able to understand the concept of extreme customer service and exceeding expectations. Analytical ability necessary to determine the appropriate course of action when resolving customer concerns, addressing safety issues, handling pressure and negative situations.  Ability to be enthusiastic and responsive to customer needs at all times and portrays a positive image of the Company.  Ideal candidates should be comfortable with working at different heights.

Cleaning Supervisor – Lambeau Field – Part-time

GENERAL SUMMARY:  Working supervisor facilitating during-game and post-game cleaning & recycling operations of Lambeau Field. Supervises part-time labor, temporary employees and volunteer groups for during-event and post-event clean-up.  Orients new hires and volunteers; trains & directs the workload. Coordinates event information in order to properly and effectively clean-up during and following events.  Ensures employees and volunteers have necessary equipment and supplies to complete the procedure. Supervises the proper use and care of equipment to prevent injury to employees/volunteers and customers or damage to equipment.  Reports any equipment deficiencies or supply inventory issues to Lambeau Field facility operations personnel. Follows all company directed guidelines on safety practices.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIRED:  Knowledge of custodial operations/maintenance at a level normally acquired through the completion of high school. Approximately 6 to 12 months related work experience necessary in order to gain a full understanding of custodial operations/maintenance. Analytical skills necessary in order to assign work to part-time staff and volunteers. Interpersonal skills necessary in order to communicate with all levels of company personnel, Lambeau Field personnel and volunteers.

Ideally candidates should be able to work all home scheduled Lambeau events but we will consider other availability.  These positions include working evenings and weekends. These positions run from August to January. Applications must be 18 years of age or older,
