Lambeau Field Cleaning Supervisor

PMI Entertainment group is looking for working supervisors to facilitate during-game and post-game cleaning & recycling operations of Lambeau Field.

RESPONSIBILITIES – ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Demonstrates and embodies the PMI Entertainment Group Culture and Customer Service values.
2. Supervises part-time labor, temporary employees and volunteer groups for during-event and post-event clean-up. Orients new hires and volunteers; trains & directs the workload.
3. Coordinates event information in order to properly and effectively clean-up during and following events. Ensures employees and volunteers have necessary equipment and supplies to complete the procedure.
4. Supervises the proper use and care of equipment to prevent injury to employees/volunteers and customers or damage to equipment.
5. Reports any equipment deficiencies or supply inventory issues to Lambeau Field facility operations personnel.
6. Follows all company directed guidelines on safety practices.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
1. Knowledge of custodial operations/maintenance at a level normally acquired through the completion of high school.
2. Approximately 6 to 12 months related work experience necessary in order to gain a full understanding of custodial operations/maintenance.
3. Analytical skills necessary in order to assign work to part-time staff and volunteers.
4. Interpersonal skills necessary in order to communicate with all levels of company personnel, Lambeau Field personnel and volunteers.

Expo & Event Intern

GENERAL SUMMARY:
Responsible for assisting Event department staff on various projects as needed.

  1. Demonstrates and embodies the PMI Entertainment Group Culture and Customer Service values.
  2. Learn how to manage and operate ExpoCad, a popular tradeshow database system designed to store and manage all trade show information
  3. Coordinate and execute details of events
  4. General administrative work

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

1.  Requires a level of general education normally acquired in high school in order to interact in a professional manner with patrons and employees.

2.  Must be currently attending school.  This is an unpaid internship and will be applied for school credit only.

3.  Proven interpersonal and customer service skills necessary to promptly answer and resolve questions in a professional manner with patrons as well as maintain open channels of communication with all department and supervisory personnel when providing information.

Controller (Full-Time)

 GENERAL SUMMARY:

PMI Entertainment group is looking for an individual to be held accountable for the financial operations of the company, to include the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of accounting records and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company’s reporting and financial results.  This candidate will ensure that results comply with generally accepted accounting principles and standards.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

1. Knowledge of accounting, financial practices at a level normally acquired through completion of a bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration . A CPA, CMA certification or MBA is preferred.

2. Approximately eight to ten years senior level experience is needed in order to gain a full understanding of financial theories, techniques and methodology as well as managerial responsibilities.

3. Analytical skills necessary in order to develop and interpret financial reports and projections.

4. Interpersonal skills required in order to make written and verbal formal presentations to co-workers. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of company personnel. Must be able to lead, motivate and mentor department staff.

5. Must pay close attention to detail when auditing and reviewing financial records and reports.

6. Previous experience utilizing Great Plains is preferred.

Concessions Crew- (Part-time)

General Summary:  Responsible for preparing and selling product in assigned concession stand area.  Greets customers, and processes sales and money transactions.

Hours of employment may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and summer season. Knowledge of sales at a level normally acquired through completion of a high school education.  Prefer three to six months previous food and beverage experience in order to gain an understanding of food preparation, sales, and customer service. Analytical and basic computer skills needed in order to process sales transactions. Interpersonal skills required in order to maintain positive customer relations with clients when gathering and exchanging information. Requires standing for extensive periods of time.

Set-Up Crewperson – (Part time)

General Summary:  Under the direction of the Set-Up Operations Supervisor, performs set-up and tear down duties before and after events in the Brown County Veteran’s Memorial Complex/Resch Center.  Hours include days, evenings, nights & weekends.

Typical Physical Demands: Requires full range of body motion, manual and finger dexterity to operate hand tools, and eye hand coordination to operate machinery.  Requires standing, climbing, bending, and walking for extensive periods of time.  Frequently handles and lifts, carries or pulls items weighing up to 100 pounds.  Must be able to operate simple to complex and heavy-duty machinery.  Must have a valid driver’s license.

Lambeau Field Operations – (Part-time)

Lambeau Field Parking Attendant: 

GENERAL SUMMARY:  Responsibilities include, customer service, directing traffic, handling cash, implementing and following safety guidelines for patrons and employees.

Working conditions:  Frequent exposure to large crowds.  Works outside in the stadium/area-parking environment and is continually exposed to weather conditions and temperature extremes.

Lambeau Field Usher:

GENERAL SUMMARY:  Responsibilities include, serving as a resource to guests regarding the facility & events, checking tickets, ticket-taking, crowd control, and implementing and following facility emergency procedures, safety guidelines and company policies for patrons and employees.

Ideally candidates should be able to work all home scheduled Lambeau events but we will consider other availability.  These positions include working evenings and weekends. These positions run from August to January. Applications must be 18 years of age or older,
