Volunteer Group Recruiter (Part-Time)

GENERAL SUMMARY:  Responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success for Lambeau Field.  This will be achieved through the development of local and regional recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources, as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.  Responsible for the recruitment, interviewing, training, scheduling, communicating, managing, retaining, and obtaining all documentation necessary for all PMI Entertainment Group Lambeau Field volunteer operations.  Serves as the Company main liaison with all volunteer groups.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Knowledge of recruitment techniques or promotion strategies at a level normally acquired through a completion of an Associate degree in marketing/business/human resources or related field or job experience.
  • A minimum of two years’ experience as a recruiter, sales, or marketing needed in order to understand the process of recruitment activities required to fill position vacancies.
  • Proven telephone and interpersonal, verbal skills required for coordinating and recruiting volunteer groups.  The ability to work cooperatively with different types of personalities while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Must be available to work all Lambeau Field events.

Staff Accountant (Part-time)

GENERAL SUMMARY:  Wide variety of accounting duties will include ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts.  Responsibilities also include monthly journal entries, budgeting and financial statement preparation.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Knowledge of accounting principles at a level normally acquired through completion of an Associate Degree in accounting.
  • A minimum of three to five years previous work experience in related field.
  • Previous experience utilizing Microsoft Office is required.  Must be proficient in Excel.  Prior experience with Microsoft GP is helpful.

Human Resources Recruiter (Part-Time)

GENERAL SUMMARY: The HR Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment and staffing.  This includes, but is not limited to, attending job fairs/actively seeking talent, phone screening, interviewing, and on-boarding new hires.  In doing so, develops recruiting plans for hourly and salaried positions employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.  Responsible for individual and group new-hire orientation sessions.  The ideal candidate will have a “go-getter attitude” and be willing to creatively network to build an active talent pipeline.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Knowledge of HR at a level normally acquired through completion of a bachelor’s or associate’s degree in HR or related field.
  • Must have knowledge of social media for recruiting purposes to identify and source candidates.  Example: LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, university sources, etc.
  • Two to three years previous related work experience in high volume employee recruitment/staffing and on-boarding.

Concessions Crew (Part-time)

GENERAL SUMMARY: Responsible for preparing and selling food and beverage products in assigned concession stand area.  Greets customers, fills orders, and processes sales and money transactions.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Approximately three to six months of previous food and beverage experience in order to gain an understanding of food preparation, sales, and customer service.
  • Analytical skills needed in order to process cash.

Clean-Up Crew (Part-time) – Overnights also available

GENERAL SUMMARY: Responsible for performing general clean-up and janitorial duties throughout the Resch Center/Brown County Veteran’s Memorial Complex including: sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, vacuuming, spot cleaning, washing and waxing.  Cleans up spills and biohazard spills.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Approximately three to six months of related work experience required in order to gain a full understanding of custodial operations.

Set-Up Crew (Part-time) – Overnights also available

GENERAL SUMMARY: Responsible for performing set-up and tear-down duties before and after events in the Resch Center/Brown County Veteran’s Memorial Complex such as setting up tables, erecting hockey dashers, laying down the basketball floor, installing the ice rink, etc.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Approximately three to six months of related work experience necessary in order to gain a full understanding of show set-up and custodial operations.
  • Analytical skills necessary in order to place necessary equipment according to a floor plan.
  • Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as dictated by event schedule.

Ticket Seller (Part-time)

GENERAL SUMMARY: Responsible for providing guests with a positive initial experience when purchasing tickets.  Assists guests with accurate event information and responds to questions concerning admission fees, fares, schedules, reservations, coming attractions and ticket policies.  Processes ticket sales at the box office.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Requires a level of general education normally acquired in high school in order to interact in a professional manner with guests and employees.
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate positively with guests to establish their needs efficiently and courteously.
  • Previous experience with computer systems, customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
  • Analytical ability necessary to determine the appropriate course of action when resolving customer concerns, pressures, and negative situations.
  • Ability to work with a flexible schedule which will include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as dictated by event schedule.  Must be able to work a minimum of 3 to 4 times per month during peak season.
