Operations Supervisor (Full-time)

GENERAL SUMMARY: Responsible for supervising the event clean-up operation of the Brown County Veteran’s Memorial Complex.  Supervises clean up-crew and participates in cleaning and custodial duties.  Candidate will orientate and train new hires, therefore schedules, assigns, trains, and directs the workload.  Serves as Event Supervisor which includes opening and securing the building, supervising staff, checking the building for proper set-up and safety as well as maintaining proper heating, cooling, and lighting.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Knowledge of maintenance at a level normally acquired through the completion of high school.
  • Approximately 6 to 12 months related work experience necessary in order to gain a full understanding of show and custodial operations.
  • Analytical skills necessary in order to assign work to part-time staff or to revise show layouts to meet building codes.
  • Interpersonal skills necessary in order to communicate with all levels of Company personnel, outside contractors, and sales personnel when discussing clients’ needs and to direct subordinate personnel.
  • Ability to work days, nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Concessions Crew (Part-time)

GENERAL SUMMARY: Responsible for preparing and selling food and beverage products in assigned concession stand area.  Greets customers, fills orders, and processes sales and money transactions.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Approximately three to six months of previous food and beverage experience in order to gain an understanding of food preparation, sales, and customer service.
  • Analytical skills needed in order to process cash.

Office Cleaner (Part-time)

GENERAL SUMMARY: Responsible for performing general clean-up and janitorial duties throughout the Resch Center/Brown County Veteran’s Memorial Complex.  Main responsibilities will include cleaning all office areas, public and staff access restrooms, lobby areas, box office areas and all other areas as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Approximately three to six months of related work experience required in order to gain a full understanding of custodial operations.

30 hours per week – 4:30pm-10:00pm

Clean-Up Crew (Part-time) – Overnights also available

GENERAL SUMMARY: Responsible for performing general clean-up and janitorial duties throughout the Resch Center/Brown County Veteran’s Memorial Complex including: sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, vacuuming, spot cleaning, washing and waxing.  Cleans up spills and biohazard spills.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Approximately three to six months of related work experience required in order to gain a full understanding of custodial operations.

Set-Up Crew (Part-time) – Overnights also available

GENERAL SUMMARY: Responsible for performing set-up and tear-down duties before and after events in the Resch Center/Brown County Veteran’s Memorial Complex such as setting up tables, erecting hockey dashers, laying down the basketball floor, installing the ice rink, etc.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Approximately three to six months of related work experience necessary in order to gain a full understanding of show set-up and custodial operations.
  • Analytical skills necessary in order to place necessary equipment according to a floor plan.
  • Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as dictated by event schedule.

Ticket Seller (Part-time)

GENERAL SUMMARY: Responsible for providing guests with a positive initial experience when purchasing tickets.  Assists guests with accurate event information and responds to questions concerning admission fees, fares, schedules, reservations, coming attractions and ticket policies.  Processes ticket sales at the box office.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Requires a level of general education normally acquired in high school in order to interact in a professional manner with guests and employees.
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate positively with guests to establish their needs efficiently and courteously.
  • Previous experience with computer systems, customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
  • Analytical ability necessary to determine the appropriate course of action when resolving customer concerns, pressures, and negative situations.
  • Ability to work with a flexible schedule which will include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as dictated by event schedule.  Must be able to work a minimum of 3 to 4 times per month during peak season.

Lambeau Field Parking Attendant (Part-time)

GENERAL SUMMARY: Responsibilities include customer service, directing traffic, handling cash (not everyone), and implementing and following safety guidelines for patrons and employees.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Ability to accurately calculate parking fee and return correct change amount. (For cash handling parkers only)
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to promptly answer and resolve questions in a professional manner with patrons, as well as maintain open channels of communication with all department and supervisory personnel when providing information.

Lambeau Field Usher (Part-Time)

GENERAL SUMMARY: Responsibilities include serving as a resource to guests regarding the facility and events, checking tickets for seat location, ticket-taking, and crowd control.  Implements and follows the facility emergency procedures, safety guidelines and company policies for guests and employees.  Interacts with Text Message Staff and law enforcement to ensure guest safety and compliance.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Approximately one to two years experience in a fast-paced customer service position.
  • Analytical ability to determine the appropriate course of action when resolving crowd concerns, addressing safety issues, and handling pressure or negative situations.

Banquet Cook (Part-Time)

GENERAL SUMMARY: Responsible for the preparation of food for caterings at Backstage.  In doing so, ensures the highest quality of presentation and preparation of food.  Also responsible for general kitchen cleaning & preparation duties.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • A minimum of six months experience in a production cook position in a food & beverage operation.  Must be knowledgeable in food handling and food preparation.
