Live Audio & Lighting Technician (Part-time)

GENERAL SUMMARY: Responsible for overseeing the set-up and operation of all sound systems, stage lighting, and theatrical equipment to meet event requirements.  Responsibilities may include planning, organizing, set-up, and operation of sound, stage lighting, and theatrical equipment within the facility as needed.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Knowledge of theatrical sound and light systems at a level normally acquired through the completion of an Associate’s Degree in A/V or related field is preferred.
  • Approximately two to three years related work experience in the maintenance and operation of facility sound and lighting systems.
  • Analytical skills necessary to develop and supervise facility equipment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills required in order to effectively communicate with outside vendors, customers, and all levels of Company employees.
  • Previous experience in utilizing personal computer is required.
  • Availability to work long, irregular hours including: days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as dictated by event schedule.

Lambeau Field Parking Attendant (Part-time)

GENERAL SUMMARY: Responsibilities include customer service, directing traffic, handling cash (not everyone), and implementing and following safety guidelines for patrons and employees.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Ability to accurately calculate parking fee and return correct change amount. (For cash handling parkers only)
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to promptly answer and resolve questions in a professional manner with patrons, as well as maintain open channels of communication with all department and supervisory personnel when providing information.
  • Analytical ability necessary to determine the appropriate parking location and resolve traffic control issues.

Lambeau Field Usher (Part-Time)

GENERAL SUMMARY: Responsibilities include serving as a resource to guests regarding the facility and events, checking tickets for seat location, ticket-taking, and crowd control.  Implements and follows the facility emergency procedures, safety guidelines and company policies for guests and employees.  Interacts with Text Message Staff and law enforcement to ensure guest safety and compliance.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Requires a level of general education normally acquired in high school in order to interact in a professional manner with patrons and employees.
  • Approximately one to two years experience in a fast-paced customer service position.
  • Analytical ability to determine the appropriate course of action when resolving crowd concerns, addressing safety issues, and handling pressure or negative situations.
  • Requires the ability to be enthusiastic and responsive to customer needs at all times.
  • Participate in crowd control, customer service, guest services, alcohol management, and emergency procedures training.

Clean-Up Crew (Part-time)

GENERAL SUMMARY: Responsible for performing general clean-up and janitorial duties throughout the Resch Center/Brown County Veteran’s Memorial Complex including: sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, vacuuming, spot cleaning, washing and waxing.  Cleans up spills and biohazard spills.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Approximately three to six months of related work experience required in order to gain a full understanding of custodial operations.

Set-Up Crew (Part-time)

GENERAL SUMMARY: Responsible for performing set-up and tear-down duties before and after events in the Resch Center/Brown County Veteran’s Memorial Complex such as setting up tables, erecting hockey dashers, laying down the basketball floor, installing the ice rink, etc.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Approximately three to six months of related work experience necessary in order to gain a full understanding of show set-up and custodial operations.
  • Analytical skills necessary in order to place necessary equipment according to a floor plan.
  • Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as dictated by event schedule.

Banquet Cook (Part-Time)

GENERAL SUMMARY: Responsible for the preparation of food for caterings at Backstage at the Meyer.  In doing so, ensures the highest quality of presentation and preparation of food.  Also responsible for general kitchen cleaning & preparation duties.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • A minimum of six months experience in a production cook position in a food & beverage operation.  Must be knowledgeable in food handling and food preparation.
  • Must have proven skills in the areas of food production, sanitation, and presentation.
  • Be skilled in the operation and maintenance of a variety of food handling equipment.
  • Be knowledgeable of state and local health laws pertaining to the storage, handling and preparation of dispensing of food and beverages.
  • Be skilled in good housekeeping practices of areas where food is stored, prepared and served or dispensed.
  • Must be proficient in operating and maintaining a variety of kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, grills, slivers, etc.
  • Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as dictated by event schedule.
