POSITION:

Operations Intern (Part-time) – 10-20 hours per week

DESCRIPTION:


Responsible for performing setup and teardown duties before and after events in the Resch Center. This position will work with supervisors in planning daily work, serve as event supervisor, along with serving as back up for administrative responsibilities.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Requires 3-6 months of leadership skills acquired in previous employment or classroom skills.
  • Requires a level of general education normally acquired in high school in order to interact in a professional manner with patrons, external clients, and employees.
  • Actively seeking college degree.
  • Analytical skills to prioritize work assignments.
  • Availability to work nights and weekends when necessary.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and stand/walk for extensive periods of time.

POSITION:

Event Custodian (Part-time)

DESCRIPTION:


Responsible for performing setup and custodial duties during events in the Resch Center while serving as the main point of contact for the Operations Department during events. This would include opening and securing building, supervising operations staff and checking the building for proper setup and safety.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Approximately six to twelve months of related work experience in order to gain a full understanding of custodial operations and supervisory knowledge.
  • Interpersonal skills to communicate with company personnel and external clients.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods of time.
  • Availability to work nights and weekends when necessary as dictated by event schedule.

POSITION:

Custodial Crew (Part-time) – Overnights also available

DESCRIPTION:


Responsible for performing general clean-up and janitorial duties throughout the Resch Center including: sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, vacuuming, spot cleaning, washing and waxing.  Cleans up spills and biohazard spills. Due to the nature of the event business, hours of employment will include evenings, weekends, and potential holidays.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Approximately three to six months of related work experience required in order to gain a full understanding of custodial operations.
  • Ability to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as dictated by event schedule.

POSITION:

Conversion Crew (Part-time) – Overnights

DESCRIPTION:


Responsible for performing set-up and tear-down duties before and after events in the Resch Center such as setting up tables, erecting hockey dashers, laying down the basketball floor, installing the ice rink, etc. Due to the nature of the event business, hours of employment will include evenings, weekends, and potential holidays.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Approximately three to six months of related work experience necessary in order to gain a full understanding of show set-up and custodial operations.
  • Analytical skills necessary in order to place necessary equipment according to a floor plan.
  • Ability to work overnights, weekends, and holidays as dictated by event schedule.

POSITION:

Banquet Cook (Part-time)

DESCRIPTION:


GENERAL SUMMARY:

Responsible for the preparation of food for caterings at Backstage at the Meyer.  In doing so, ensures the highest quality of presentation and preparation of food.  Also responsible for general kitchen cleaning & preparation duties.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience in a production cook position in a food & beverage operation.  Must be knowledgeable in food handling and food preparation.
  • Must have proven skills in the areas of food production, sanitation, and presentation.
  • Be skilled in the operation and maintenance of a variety of food handling equipment.
  • Be knowledgeable of state and local health laws pertaining to the storage, handling and preparation of dispensing of food and beverages.
  • Be skilled in good housekeeping practices of areas where food is stored, prepared and served or dispensed.
  • Must be proficient in operating and maintaining a variety of kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, grills, slivers, etc.
  • Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as dictated by event schedule.

POSITION:

Lambeau Field Parking Attendant (Part-Time)

DESCRIPTION:


General Summary:  Responsibilities include customer service, directing traffic, and implementing/following safety guidelines for patrons and employees.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Ability to accurately calculate parking fee and return correct change amount.
  • Analytical ability necessary to determine the appropriate parking location and resolve traffic control issues.
  • Ability to be responsive to customer needs at all times and to portray a positive image of the Company.
  • Must be able to assess parking availability and observe/recognize safe practices.
