POSITION:

Summer Social Video Intern

DESCRIPTION:


Position will be approximately 20 hours/week.

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Responsible for creating video content to be used on our social media channels as well as on our websites. Creates and schedules interactive branding posts, polls, games, etc. through basic video editing, ie: create loops, raw videos, and Instagram cut-down. Monitors analytics with social media team to identify viable ideas and creates generic videos to use throughout the year. Applicant will be able to contribute to the marketing and sales strategy to create brand awareness related to upcoming events or campaign launches.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Prefer a candidate with a level of education normally acquired in first or second year of college courses needed to earn a bachelor’s degree in fine arts, design or graphic arts, etc. Those pursuing a minor in advertising and marketing are preferred.
  • Has knowledge in using, but not limited to Adobe Premiere, Animoto, etc.
  • Knowledge/experience with lighting and green-screen setup is a plus.
  • Must have keen interest in storytelling; demonstrated ability in storytelling for web, audio, and video.
  • Must have strong understanding of how to communicate through video in a social media driven world.
  • Organizational skills are needed in order to complete multiple projects according to established timelines.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple marketing functions on various projects at one time.

POSITION:

Marketing & Digital Media Coordinator (Full-time)

DESCRIPTION:


Responsible for negotiating and buying media, creating promotional plans, and developing and coordinating efforts such as grass roots marketing, digital media, etc. based on a defined budget.  Employee will coordinate and execute content calendar for social media outlets.

  • Monitors event sales and adjusts the marketing plan accordingly.
  • Schedules digital strategy for each show/concert.
  • Books ads, boosted posts, tweets and stories.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Knowledge of marketing/advertising/promotion at a level normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree in communications, marketing, advertising & sales promotion or related field and 1-4 years of job related experience.

POSITION:

Set-Up Crew (Part-time) – Overnights also available

DESCRIPTION:


Responsible for performing set-up and tear-down duties before and after events in the Resch Center/Brown County Veteran’s Memorial Complex such as setting up tables, erecting hockey dashers, laying down the basketball floor, installing the ice rink, etc. Due to the nature of the event business, hours of employment will include evenings, weekends, and potential holidays.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Approximately three to six months of related work experience necessary in order to gain a full understanding of show set-up and custodial operations.
  • Analytical skills necessary in order to place necessary equipment according to a floor plan.
  • Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as dictated by event schedule.

POSITION:

Clean-Up Crew (Part-time) – Overnights also available

DESCRIPTION:


Responsible for performing general clean-up and janitorial duties throughout the Resch Center/Brown County Veteran’s Memorial Complex including: sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, vacuuming, spot cleaning, washing and waxing.  Cleans up spills and biohazard spills. Due to the nature of the event business, hours of employment will include evenings, weekends, and potential holidays.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Approximately three to six months of related work experience required in order to gain a full understanding of custodial operations.

POSITION:

Lambeau Field Usher (Part-time)

DESCRIPTION:


Responsibilities include serving as a resource to guests regarding the facility and events, checking tickets for seat location, ticket-taking, and crowd control. Implements and follows the facility emergency procedures, safety guidelines and company policies for guests and employees. Interacts with Text Message Staff and law enforcement officers to ensure guest safety and compliance.

  • Greets guests and actively assists in locating the correct seat location.
  • Provides directions, information, and additional assistance as needed.
  • Serves as a resource to guests regarding the facility and its events including, but not limited to, restroom locations, courtesy telephones, first aid stations and elevator locations, future event information, office locations and seating capacity for the event.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Requires a level of general education normally acquired in high school in order to interact in a professional manner with patrons and employees.
  • Analytical ability necessary to determine the appropriate course of action when resolving customer concerns, addressing safety issues, handling pressure and negative situations.
  • Requires the ability to be enthusiastic and responsive to customer needs at all times and portray a positive image of the Company.
  • Required to participate in crowd control, customer service, guest services, alcohol management and emergency procedures training.
  • Ability to work days, nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays are required, as dictated by Lambeau Field schedule.

POSITION:

Lambeau Field Parking Attendant (Part-time)

DESCRIPTION:


Responsibilities include customer service, directing traffic, handling cash, and implementing and following safety guidelines for patrons and employees.

  • Responsible for collecting parking fees.
  • Greets patrons and directs them to a designated parking site.
  • Serves as a resource to guests regarding the facility and its events including, but not limited to, restroom locations, courtesy telephones, first aid stations and elevator locations, future event information, office locations and seating capacity for the event.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Ability to accurately calculate parking fee and return correct change amount.
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to promptly answer and resolve questions in a professional manner with patrons, as well as maintain open channels of communication with all department and supervisory personnel when providing information. Must be able to deal with patrons in a tactful and discretionary manner.
  • Analytical ability necessary to determine the appropriate parking location and resolve traffic control issues.
  • Ability to be responsive to customer needs at all times and to portray a positive image of the Company.
  • Ability to work days, nights, evenings, weekends and holidays is required, as dictated by Lambeau Field schedule.

POSITION:

Building Security (Part-Time)

DESCRIPTION:


Responsible for receiving incoming product and equipment and notifying the appropriate staff of its arrival.  Monitor CCTV and report any potential issues to the Director of Event Operations.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Interpersonal skills essential when interacting with Supervisors, Company staff and outside vendors and exhibitors.
  • Experience working with CCTV is preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 100lbs occasionally.
  • Knowledge of law enforcement and security practices normally acquired through participation in a protective services/law enforcement technical program is helpful.
