POSITION:

Operations – Resch Suite Cleaner (Part-time)

DESCRIPTION:


GENERAL SUMMARY: 

Responsible for performing general clean-up and detailed janitorial duties at the suite level of the Resch Center.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: 

  • Approximately three to six months of related work experience required in order to gain a full understanding of custodial operations.
  • Must have proven interpersonal skills to interact with supervisor, coworkers, event staff, visitors and outside exhibitors.
  • Must possess physical abilities and endurance to lift and move equipment repeatedly throughout the work shift.
  • Must be able to operate a floor buffer, carpet shampoo machine, automatic driving floor scrubber, floor sweeper and other related equipment.
  • Ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays, as dictated by event schedule.

 


POSITION:

Operations – Office Cleaner (Part-time)

DESCRIPTION:


GENERAL SUMMARY:

Responsible for performing general clean-up and janitorial duties throughout the offices located in the Brown County Arena, Shopko Hall and the Resch Center.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: 

  • Approximately three to six months of related work experience required in order to gain a full understanding of custodial operations.
  • Must have proven interpersonal skills to interact with supervisor, coworkers, event staff, visitors and outside exhibitors.

POSITION:

Expo & Event Intern

DESCRIPTION:


This internship will be a year long internship averaging 15-20 hours per week, anticipated to run through July 2019.

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Responsible for working with the Event Producers to plan, execute and complete successful consumer shows and expos. In the process, they will learn essential skills required to coordinate & execute events.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Requires a level of general education normally acquired in high school in order to interact in a professional manner with patrons and employees.
  • Proven interpersonal and customer service skills necessary to promptly answer and resolve questions in a professional manner with patrons as well as maintain open channels of communication with all department and supervisory personnel when providing information.
  • Analytical ability and problem solving skills necessary to determine the appropriate course of action when resolving customer concerns.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite programs.
  • Ability to type and edit reports, correspondence, forms, reports and other documents.
  • Ability to be enthusiastic and responsive to customer needs at all times and portrays a positive image of the Company.

POSITION:

Operations Supervisor (Full-time)

DESCRIPTION:


Responsible for supervising the event clean-up operations of the Brown County Veteran’s Memorial Complex.

  • Supervises full-time and part-time labor during cleaning and custodial duties.
  • Orients and trains new hires, therefore schedules, assigns, trains, and directs the workload.
  • Supervises facility lead personnel in planning weekly and daily work.
  • Serves as Event Supervisor which includes opening and securing the building, supervising staff, checking the building for proper set-up and safety as well as maintaining proper heating, cooling and lighting.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Approximately 6-12 months related work experience necessary in order to gain a full understanding of show and custodial operations.
  • Knowledge of maintenance at a level normally acquired through the completion of high school.
  • Analytical skills necessary in order to assign work to part-time staff or to revise show layouts to meet building codes.
  • Interpersonal skills necessary in order to communicate with all levels of company personnel, outside contractors, and sales personnel when discussing clients’ needs and to direct team members.
  • Ability to work days, nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays are required based on business needs.

POSITION:

Set-Up Crew (Part-time) – Overnights also available

DESCRIPTION:


Responsible for performing set-up and tear-down duties before and after events in the Resch Center/Brown County Veteran’s Memorial Complex such as setting up tables, erecting hockey dashers, laying down the basketball floor, installing the ice rink, etc. Due to the nature of the event business, hours of employment will include evenings, weekends, and potential holidays.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Approximately three to six months of related work experience necessary in order to gain a full understanding of show set-up and custodial operations.
  • Analytical skills necessary in order to place necessary equipment according to a floor plan.
  • Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as dictated by event schedule.

POSITION:

Clean-Up Crew (Part-time) – Overnights also available

DESCRIPTION:


Responsible for performing general clean-up and janitorial duties throughout the Resch Center/Brown County Veteran’s Memorial Complex including: sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, vacuuming, spot cleaning, washing and waxing.  Cleans up spills and biohazard spills. Due to the nature of the event business, hours of employment will include evenings, weekends, and potential holidays.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Approximately three to six months of related work experience required in order to gain a full understanding of custodial operations.

POSITION:

Lambeau Field Parking Attendant (Part-time)

DESCRIPTION:


Responsibilities include customer service, directing traffic, handling cash, and implementing and following safety guidelines for patrons and employees.

  • Responsible for collecting parking fees.
  • Greets patrons and directs them to a designated parking site.
  • Serves as a resource to guests regarding the facility and its events including, but not limited to, restroom locations, courtesy telephones, first aid stations and elevator locations, future event information, office locations and seating capacity for the event.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Ability to accurately calculate parking fee and return correct change amount.
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to promptly answer and resolve questions in a professional manner with patrons, as well as maintain open channels of communication with all department and supervisory personnel when providing information. Must be able to deal with patrons in a tactful and discretionary manner.
  • Analytical ability necessary to determine the appropriate parking location and resolve traffic control issues.
  • Ability to be responsive to customer needs at all times and to portray a positive image of the Company.
  • Ability to work days, nights, evenings, weekends and holidays is required, as dictated by Lambeau Field schedule.

POSITION:

Building Security (Part-Time)

DESCRIPTION:


Responsible for receiving incoming product and equipment and notifying the appropriate staff of its arrival.  Monitor CCTV and report any potential issues to the Director of Event Operations.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Interpersonal skills essential when interacting with Supervisors, Company staff and outside vendors and exhibitors.
  • Experience working with CCTV is preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 100lbs occasionally.
  • Knowledge of law enforcement and security practices normally acquired through participation in a protective services/law enforcement technical program is helpful.
